FAQ’s
You’ll find answers here to the questions we get most often about our video production services. The aim is to keep the process clear and straightforward from the first conversation through to final delivery. If anything is still unclear, just reach out.
The Wolfpack Media Authority Partnership is designed for established, professional services or property businesses, and charitable organisations in the UK or EU with 10–250 staff, who already have:
- An internal marketing or comms owner (even if it’s just one person)
- A proven service or programme that’s already selling
- A desire to be seen as the obvious choice in their market, not just “another option”
It’s already a strong fit if:
- You’re currently winning business through relationships, referrals, events, or reputation
- You know your story and client results are stronger than what shows up online
- You’re ready to invest seriously in a 12-month media system, not a one-off “video project”
It is not a good fit if:
- You’re still pre-product/market fit or changing offers every few months
- You have no one internally who can own marketing/comms decisions
- You’re looking for a cheap “quick fix” video, or purely performance ads
For those who aren’t ready for the full Partnership, we offer:
- Media Foundations Sprint (~6-week project):
Strategy workshop, 1 flagship brand video, 20+ reels, and smartphone training to prove the model in a smaller first step. - Business Media Production Course:
A self-paced training track for smaller teams who want to learn how to plan and self-shoot content with the resources they already have.
Before we start the Partnership, you’ll need:
Team:
- 1 internal Point of Contact (marketing/comms lead)
- 1 nominated “Video Champion” who can give us 1 day/month
Tech:
- Basic smartphones and laptops
- Access to shared storage (Google Drive / Dropbox / similar)
- Existing channels (website, LinkedIn, email list, etc.)
Sales process:
- A clear core offer (or two) you already sell
- A simple way you currently turn interest into clients (consult calls, proposals, demos, etc.)
Budget & commitment:
- Ability to invest £50k over 12 months
- Leadership buy-in to show up for key workshops, filming days, and reviews
If you have that in place, we can build the media engine with you. If not, the Sprint or course will help you get there first.
We measure success across four layers that your leadership can recognise:
- Activity & Consistency
- How many hero pieces, case studies, and reels were produced
- How closely we hit the agreed content calendar
- Whether your “90-Day Content Machine” milestones are delivered on time
- Audience & Attention
- Views, watch time, and completion rates on key assets
- Growth and engagement on your priority channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Which topics, formats, and faces actually land with your market
- Business Usage & Signals
- How often sales use case-study clips in proposals and follow-ups
- Where videos show up in real deals, events, board packs, and recruiting
- Anecdotal wins: “This video was mentioned in the room when they signed,”
“This reel drove the last three inbound speaking invites,” etc.
- Directional Commercial Impact (over time)
- Shorter sales cycles and fewer “who are you?” conversations
- Higher close rates when video is used vs when it isn’t
- Better-fit inbound leads, larger average deal size, and easier recruiting
All of this is put into a Monthly Media Scorecard and a
Quarterly Strategy & Performance Review: a one-pager that shows Activity, Audience, Usage, and Next Focus in plain language.
So while we don’t fabricate fake “last-click” attribution, we do give you a clear, repeatable way to see whether the media system is working, and how it’s supporting revenue, trust, and pipeline over time.
- For the Content Champion Roughly 6-8 hours a month if they’re getting trained and creating content
- For the leadership and senior team probably 1-2 hours to review content, be part of content, approve scripts, videos, ideas, be on camera, etc
We design the partnership so you get leverage without losing your week to “doing content.”
For your Internal Video Champion, you should expect roughly 6–8 hours per month once they’re in the rhythm. That time covers things like joining key calls, planning and running short self‑shot sprints, coordinating with us on what to film, and handing over footage properly.
For leadership and senior subject‑matter experts, the commitment is usually 1–2 hours per month. That includes being available for planned filming blocks, reviewing and approving key scripts and videos, and occasionally jumping on camera for flagship pieces or important messages. We will batch this as much as possible (for example, by capturing multiple videos in a single session) so it fits around their diary instead of constantly interrupting it.
We don’t replace your marketing team or agency. We build the media engine that works with them.
These are the defined roles:
- Your internal marketing / agency
- Owns campaigns, channels, and day‑to‑day publishing
- Writes emails, landing pages, ad copy, and non‑video posts
- Runs paid ads, CRM, and broader demand generation
- Wolfpack Media
- Designs the 12‑month media system (what to say, to whom, in what formats)
- Runs Architecture Day, Filming Days, Bootcamps, and Proof Sprints
- Produces hero videos, case‑study films, and ongoing short‑form content
- Trains your Video Champion and sets up the Media Vault, Script Library, and Playbook
In practice, this is what it looks like:
- We agree the strategy and content plan with you and loop in your agency/team early
- We handle capture, structure, and editing of the core video assets
- Your marketers and agency handle distribution: scheduling posts, emails, ads, website updates, and campaigns using those assets
For freelancers and in‑house creators, the Video Playbook & Course becomes their manual: how to shoot, what “on‑brand” looks like, and where each video should live.
- The final media assets belongs tp them
- The raw footage belongs to us
You own all of the final, approved media assets we create for you: the brand films, case studies, reels, and anything else we deliver for live use. Those are yours to use across your website, sales, recruiting, events, and social channels. We retain ownership of the raw footage and project files, as they sit within our production workflows and storage systems. If you ever need something re‑cut or repurposed, we can use that raw material and turn it into new pieces for you.
- Absolutely, we’re happy to travel and work abroad as we have been in the past couple of years to countries like France and Spain.
- Planning and strategy can be done remotely.
- Any filming and the training will be in person
Yes. A lot of the “thinking” work can be done from anywhere, and the “filming” work is where we’re more hands‑on.
Strategy and planning: We regularly run Architecture Days, content planning, and review sessions remotely. If your leadership and marketing team can get on a call, we can design the full 12‑month media system with you from wherever you are.
Filming and training: For the Flagship Brand Video, Case‑Study Videos, Harvest Days, and Smartphone Filmmaking Bootcamp, we come to you. We’ve already delivered projects in countries like France and Spain, and we’re set up to travel for the key capture and training days.
So if you’re not UK‑based, that’s fine: the thinking happens online, while the cameras come to you.
Within the first 90 days, like in the offer.
Alternatively technically within 2 weeks/1month, really depends on them, if they cooperate
Within the first 90 days, you’ll have the full Content Machine in place: a flagship brand video, a client success story, and around 60 short‑form clips ready to publish, plus a working content calendar and a trained Video Champion. In practice, most clients start seeing usable short‑form content going live in the first 2-3 weeks, as long as we get timely access, approvals, and your team leans into the process.
Realistically, your team could shoot more casual but still professional content for social media with our training, so any content that doesn’t go on your website and is just for socials can technically be done by you
We take care of the editing
However, the more professional pieces for your website or that represent your brand’s quality should be shot professionally
With the right training and a simple system, your team can handle a surprising amount of filming themselves. We designed the partnership with that in mind.
After the Bootcamp and Training Track, your team can self‑shoot a steady stream of “casual but professional” content for social media; think FAQs, quick insights, behind‑the‑scenes, and short updates. As a rule of thumb, if it’s primarily for socials and not a core asset, your team can usually film it in‑house. While your team focuses on showing up and capturing footage; we’ll handle all the editing and turn it into ready‑to‑use assets that match your brand.
Anything that lives on your website, in key sales decks, or represents your brand at a “first impression” level (Flagship Brand Video, core Case Studies, key Campaign Videos) should be shot professionally. That’s where we lead the production, bring the full crew, and ensure that the standard matches the importance of the asset.
A one-off project might give you quick win but it doesn’t beat the collaborative approach of a partnership, where you have an ongoing media strategy for a whole year
With a 12 month partnership you can consistently show up online with tailored content to your brand that will consistency work for you in front of your audience even when you’re not there
Because one nice video doesn’t change how your market sees you. A one‑off project might give you a short‑term lift, but it doesn’t build a repeatable system. The 12‑month partnership lets us design the strategy, install the rhythms, and test what works best in your channels over time. You get consistent, on‑brand content in front of your audience every week, plus the internal capability to keep that going, instead of posting “random acts of video.”
- Absolutely! You can start as small with our Media Foundation sprint where we spend a day with you to figure out your strategy, spend another day delivery a smartphone filmmaking bootcamp, teaching you how to film your own content, produce 1 flagship brand video and 20 reels ready to post all in less than 90 days
Absolutely! You can start as small with our Media Foundations Sprint, where we:
- Run a focused strategy workshop,
- Deliver a Smartphone Filmmaking Bootcamp for your team,
- Produce one Flagship Brand Video, and
- Create at least 20 Reels ready to post.
All of that is delivered in under 90 days, and 100% of that investment is credited toward the full Media Authority Partnership if you choose to upgrade within 30 days of completion.
We’re always happy to jump on a call and discuss and adjust your priorities so that we can meet your goals for the year
Yes. The plan is there to serve your business, not the other way around. We build the year around 90‑Day Roadmaps and Quarterly Business Reviews, plus monthly scorecards, so we’re checking in regularly. If priorities shift (new offer, new market, change in sales focus), we’ll jump on a call, re‑prioritise campaigns and assets, and adjust upcoming Media Days, Reels, and Calendars so that they line up with where the business is going.
We take client confidentiality very seriously. We’re more than willing to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your project’s sensitive information. Additionally, we implement secure data handling practices, ensuring that only authorised team members have access to your materials, and we maintain strict confidentiality throughout the entire production process.
We treat sensitive content as confidential by default. We’re happy to sign NDAs, limit access to specific named team members, and separate internal footage from public‑facing projects. Files are stored in secure, permissioned locations, and we only use them for the agreed‑upon purposes. If you have additional security or approval processes, we’ll build those into the workflow so internal comms and messaging stay under your control.
- Depending on how far your office is and what locations we need to visit in order to produce your content there may be travel and accommodation charges.
- Ad spend is completely separate and that would come from you
The partnership fee covers strategy, filming, editing, and our core delivery. Additional investments can include:
- Travel and accommodation for shoots, depending on where you’re based and what locations we need to film in.
- Ad spend is outside the scope of our work. If you decide to promote content through paid campaigns, that budget sits with you.
- Internal time and roles, primarily a named Video Champion and occasional leadership involvement, rather than new full‑time hires.
- You will be sufficient enough to carry on without us and receive a Media Authority Playbook which enables you to
- See how we’ve produced your videos (strategy, standards, formats, workflows),
- Enables fast onboarding of new marketers/agencies, and
- Preserves the system we’ve built for you as a reusable internal asset
By the end of the 12 months, the goal is for you to be able to run the system without us if you choose to. You’ll have:
- A trained internal Video Champion,
- A working media rhythm (Media Days, calendars, Vault, proof assets), and
- A Media Authority Playbook that documents your strategy, standards, formats, workflows, and how to onboard new marketers or agencies into it.
Some clients renew because they want us to keep pushing, but you won’t be dependent on us for basic execution. The system belongs to you.
