Wolfpack Media is a Liverpool‑based Media Authority Partner for expert‑led organisations. We build 12‑month media systems while training your team to run the engine, so you become self-sufficient as well as the obvious choice in your market.

HOW IT STARTED

Wolfpack Media began with the familiar passion for storytelling through video. With our founder’s background being in the performing and creative digital arts, he had a belief that the best stories weren’t being told where they mattered most. As filmmakers, we started out wanting to make creative videos for everyone and in the early days, we took almost any project that came our way. Soon, a pattern emerged. The corporate jobs revealed a gap: businesses had powerful stories, about the positive impact they had on their clients, but their videos felt generic, transactional, and forgettable, and that’s it if there were any at all.

There was no narrative, no trust, and no sense of the people that were behind the logo. We saw an opportunity to change that, and we started focusing on helping organisations use storytelling to earn trust: media that made people feel closer to the team, understand the mission, and believe the promises being made. That shift in focus is what ultimately evolved into the media partnership model we run today.

Creating Impactful Narratives With Precision And Creativity.

PARTNERSHIPS & THE HYBRID MODEL

A year into our journey, we quickly realised a very important detail: no one ever in the history of ever has wanted a “video” , they want the results of video, and while more video means more results, data didn’t support most videographers’ claims that businesses need professionally shot, polished media every month. If anything, the semi-polished, but consistent internal video content seemed to perform best for businesses. And so, the Media Partnership Hybrid Model was born. Internal training to make businesses more self-sufficient with their internal shooting, paired with the few pieces, which data suggests need to be professionally shot. A hybrid system designed to make us obsolete within as little as 3 years, making you completely independent in your media production.

PROVIDING FOR SMALLER BUSINESSES

As we developed our unique model, we naturally realised that the needed level of investment wasn’t feasible for all businesses. However, that didn’t mean we were going to leave them behind. So slowly and steadily, we started funnelling parts of our profit to developing a training track and system, designed to help even the businesses who are just starting out. The first step of this became the “5Day Business Media Production Training” . It is a comprehensive and robust course, which focuses on helping businesses plan, selfshoot, and repurpose their own content with the resources they already have. In the near term, we plan to develop the track and create a community, so even if you never become a full partner, you can still build a serious media capability inhouse.

The Vision

Our vision is quite ambitious, yet fairly simple: democratise media production for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We believe that expert-led organisations shouldn’t be held back just because they can’t afford a full inhouse studio or a big agency retainer. In a world where attention is increasingly won by media content across all platforms, we don’t want a handful of brands dominating the conversation while everyone else stays invisible. “No one left behind in the age of business media content” means giving organisations a clear path: from selfshot beginnings to fully fledged media systems, so that any team can use their story as a powerful tool to be seen, heard, and trusted at scale.
